Care plan FAQ

When does billing start?
Immediately after checkout. Your first month begins on the day you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal before the next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Do unused units roll over?
No. Units reset each billing cycle. They're sized for routine maintenance, not a savings account.
What if I need more than my plan's units?
Overage units are billed at your plan's overage rate. For large requests (new pages, redesigns), we'll quote separately.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Reach out and we'll switch you to a higher tier. Stripe prorates the billing difference.
Do I need to have purchased an ARC package first?
Not technically—but care plans are most useful for ARC-built sites we can maintain directly. If you bought an ARC One or ARC Five package, you're all set. If you have a different site, reach out first to make sure we can support it.
