ARC is a fixed-scope website sprint. You bring the basics (logo, info, images). We build, deploy, and hand off a clean site that looks credible on day one—without dragging the project out for weeks.

ARC delivers the website and setup—not guaranteed business outcomes. Results depend on your offer, traffic, and follow-through.

1. Day 0 — Intake + assetsYou fill out a short intake and upload your logo/images (or select add-ons if you don't have them).
2. Day 1 — First draft (staging link)You get a preview link to review the full site.
3. Day 2 — Revision round 1You send edits. We implement and update the staging build.
4. Day 3 — Revision round 2 + launchFinal adjustments + deploy to your domain + handoff.

To ship in 72 hours, we need the basics up front.

• ✓Logo (or select "no logo" / brand polish add-on)
• ✓3–10 images you own rights to (or select stock photo add-on)
• ✓Domain info (or select assisted setup if you're not sure)

Uploads must be assets you own or have the right to use. ARC doesn't accept copyrighted material you don't control.

• Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (static hosting).
• Staging: We build and review on a Cloudflare Pages preview URL (project.pages.dev).
• Domain: Client-owned domain (annual). We connect your domain (root + www) to Cloudflare Pages.
• Email: Business email (yourname@yourdomain) is separate. Choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; we can set it up as an add-on.

Do I need a domain?

Yes. Domains are annual (typically ~$10–$20/year depending on the domain). You should own it. If you don't have one, we'll guide you on purchasing and connecting it.

Does ARC include a domain and business email?

No. ARC includes the website build + deployment. Domains and email mailboxes are separate services with ongoing costs. You should own your domain. If you want business email (yourname@yourdomain), we'll set it up as an add-on.

Where will my website be hosted?

By default, ARC sites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages (fast, secure static hosting). We build on a staging URL first, then publish to your domain once you approve.

Can you set up business email (yourname@yourdomain)?

Yes. Business email is separate from the website. We can set it up as an add-on (+$350 one-time). You'll choose a provider and pay the subscription directly.

• Google Workspace: billed by Google per user/month.
• Microsoft 365: billed by Microsoft per user/month.
• We handle DNS + verification + baseline deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) for up to 3 mailboxes/aliases.

Can I forward domain email to Gmail?

You can, but forwarding-only is not the same as a real mailbox. Reliable sending from your domain typically requires a proper provider like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Can you host the site for me?

By default, ARC is delivered with client-owned domain + a clean handoff. If you want ongoing management and updates, choose an optional care plan.

What if I don't have copy or images?

No problem. We offer professional writing for your site (and stock photos) as add-ons. If you select those, your delivery timeline may adjust depending on what's needed.

What platforms do you build on?

ARC is built as a modern website with a clean, lightweight stack optimized for performance. The goal is fast load, credibility, and easy lead capture—not platform complexity.

Can I update the site later?

Yes. You can request edits as-needed or choose a monthly care plan. You'll also get a handoff note explaining how your site is deployed and where changes live.

Do you guarantee conversions/leads?

No. ARC guarantees the website and setup. Business outcomes depend on your offer, pricing, traffic, and sales process.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a confirmation page and an email with a link to complete your intake and upload assets. Once that's done, the 72-hour clock starts.

Care plans keep your site maintained without turning you into your own IT department. Plans use support units so scope stays predictable.

1 support unit = 15 minutes of work.

Care plans cover small edits and maintenance—not redesigns, new pages, ecommerce, new integrations, or new features. Unused units do not roll over. Large changes are quoted separately.
